However, we provide every patient with a detailed medical report (epicrisis) and an invoice covering all procedures performed. With these documents, patients can claim reimbursement from their own private health insurance or from the health insurance provided through their employer, to the extent their policy allows. As reimbursement terms vary by insurer and policy, we recommend confirming coverage with your insurance company in advance.

Yes, we offer online consultation services. Preliminary assessments, treatment follow-ups, and check-up appointments can be conducted via video call. You can apply through WhatsApp or our website for an online appointment.

The first post-operative check-up is usually within 7-10 days. Follow-up appointments are then planned at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. You can always reach us in case of an emergency.
